Overall Rationale: Some fairly hot takes in TERSE this week once again, but mostly human-looking hot takes, at least. (Rank UTSA!) The Big Ten has snapped up most of the spots left open by every non-UGA/Bama team struggling this year, placing four teams between 3rd and 7th. In the wake of a stunning win over Florida, Kentucky moves into third in the SEC and sneaks into the back of the top ten. Further down, Arizona State leads the Pac-12 for the first time in TERSE history (since mid-2019), while Pitt, Western Michigan, and Oregon State each arrive in the rankings for the first time this season.
