Overall Rationale: Only thing I was conflicted on this week was how high to put Kentucky - I opted to keep Florida's ranking relatively high based on an even stronger Alabama resume, and wanted to put Kentucky above, so they enter high and Florida stays above Arkansas and Ole Miss. Tiers after 6, 10, and 17.Dropped out: Baylor (17), Fresno State (20), Maryland (23), UTSA (25)New: Kentucky (13), Wake (18), Arizona State (24), SDSU (25)Next bunch out, in order (not longer doing this by W/L since I think we're far enough in that that's harder to classify): WMU, Pitt, Texas Tech, UTSA, UNC, Iowa State, Baylor, VT, Clemson, Tennessee, Nebraska, Liberty
