Overall Rationale: Attempted to make my poll what the rankings would be if conference affiliation didn't skew peoples rankings. I expect my poll to end up in the most unusual, but why should Coastals 2 top 15 wins not be viewed the same as or better than Clemson's, Notre Dame's, Georgia, or Cincinnati's 1 or 0 top 15 wins
