Overall Rationale: I try not to overinflate the importance of bowl games. There are various factors (motivation, opt-outs, loose play because it's not a game with ramifications, etc.) that set them a part. However, they are still games so the results matter.Thus, there aren't typically huge shifts from the final week's rankings to the final rankings. Generally, the NY6 are the only ones with massive shifts unless the overall resumes gain/lose due to the result elsewhere.
