Overall Rationale: Resume Poll...this year has really messed with my poll but I think it is getting better...in a year with so little OOC play...being undefeated is absolutely king...which if you disagree with fair...but keep that in mind when looking at the poll.This week I did change up how I looked at teams with a loss now which is why you are going to see a lot of new teams this week with 2 or even 3 losses making it in due to their resumes.
