Overall Rationale: Lord have mercy.  So dang hard this year.  I put a heavy emphasis on wins, both quality and quantity.  It's a true struggle for me on what to do with Ohio State and the few number of games they've played versus the SEC and ACC who had played robust schedules, for example.  So this is my personal opinion on where things should stand.  It's probably wrong, but it's my wrong!
