Overall Rationale: Almost no difference, most ranked teams won. Most impressive wins (BYU, Texas, Notre Dame, Florida) still can't really upset the status quo much.  Very clear tiers from 1-4, 5-8, and 9-12.  Northwestern and Oklahoma are the most underrated and can stand to improve most with good wins.OUT: Boise State (22 - Loss)IN: UNC (25 - Impressive win, very flexible slot. Want to keep them here to reward the offense)Next few out (minimal): Purdue, Maryland, USC, Utah, Washington, Wake Forest
