Overall Rationale: Largely unchanged from last week, just slotting teams up.IN: Texas (15 - Jump to go ahead of team they just beat on the road.  Also team they lost to entered rankings so I don't feel as bad moving them up this far. Texas is BACK), Boise State (22 - Underrated them before, want a # before this week's matchup), Oklahoma (23 - Comfortable win, was 26 last week so no reason not to move up), Liberty (24 - See OU), Auburn (25 - See OU)OUT: Michigan (12 - Team they beat lost to a bad team, and they lost), UNC (17 - Second loss to a bad team), Kansas State (21 - Missing QB, loss), Memphis (23 - Lost to great team but by too much) Penn State (24 - One of 25 best teams but can't give a spot to 0-2)Next few out, in order: Penn St., West Virginia, Purdue, Washington, Utah, Wake Forest
