Overall Rationale: Indiana may be a hot topic this poll. I'll likely be one of the lower pollsters in regards to them. If you are wondering why, here is my reasoning: - They looked absolutely awful against Penn State for 58 minutes. Penn State lost that game themselves, and Penn State still hasn't won a game. No idea how good (or bad) PSU is yet.- A win over Rutgers doesn't mean much at this point.If Indiana can beat Michigan (Despite Michigan not being ranked) I'll be more willing to move them up, probably into the top 15. At this point I just don't think that Indiana is actually playing like a top 20 team.
