Overall Rationale: Same methodology as last week, full table here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FoA3qrDX7UUKU7jFy_F_q-ESiPxHm9sdbvBvV5k6HoM/edit?usp=sharing. Only one manual element this week, 6-0 Liberty would have been #26, and so was added to the tail end. Since 5-0 Marshall is also among the best record teams, #24 Washington fell off. Teams I have unranked that might be by the poll: #27 Virginia Tech, #28 Oklahoma State, #30 Northwestern, #31 Iowa State, #35 Penn State, #41 USC, #43 Louisiana, #44 SMU, #53 Army.
