Overall Rationale: The lack of cross conference play and questions about whether teams will actually play games or not are difficult to answer. As a result, teams are ranked on the following criteria:1. Win Percentage2.  Quality of Wins (Quality win is defined as beating another team which has a win percentage greater than or equal to another ranked team.3. Number of WinsTeams which have played fewer than 2 games are excluded from the poll as we are in very strange times and this poll is not meant to be predictive, but instead reflective of the current state of FBS football.
