Overall Rationale: Same methodology as last week, full rankings here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FoA3qrDX7UUKU7jFy_F_q-ESiPxHm9sdbvBvV5k6HoM/edit?usp=sharing. All 4+-0 teams were ranked this week, the only hybrid element is that #22 Penn State has a losing record and so was unranked, so #26 Wake Forest snuck in. Other teams the poll might rank that I didn't include: #28 Kansas State, #37 Indiana, #38 Iowa State, #41 Louisiana, #42 USC, #45 Arkansas, #48 Tulsa, #54 Army, and #57 SMU. Teams that I ranked that may not be in the poll include: #11 LSU, #20 Liberty, #22 UCF, #23 Washington, #24 Oklahoma, and #25 Wake Forest.
