Overall Rationale: Basic idea this year is undefeated teams are the Top teams followed by teams that haven't lost aka the 0-0 teams...good way to slowly work them into the poll...now that I've ran out of Preseason Top 25 0-0 teams to rank I used the Top 4 0-0 teams in SP+ that I didn't have ranked to fill out ballot.
