Overall Rationale: Similar methodology to last week with a few important updates:1. I have full data going back to 1995 now of all NCAA/NAIA games, with some bonus JuCo and even Canadian and Mexican games. This allows for a full 1-1000 ranking using the same techniques that I'm pretty happy with.2. I've frozen the multipliers within given seasons. The effective weight of a game is identical regardless of when it happens during the season. I'm exploring randomizing the order of games within a season and doing multiple iterations and averaging to offset order effects, but haven't done that yet.Other than that, same manual conditions apply for the top 25: 1. Teams with the best record (5-0/4-0) were automatically added to the end. 2. Teams with losing records are unranked. This affected 4 teams this week, all of which were between 23-31 without any shuffling. The teams that would have naturally been 23-25 are LSU, Michigan, and Memphis.Teams that might be ranked that aren't in my poll include #30 Kansas State, #32 NC State, #35 Iowa State, #36 Louisiana, #38 USC, #42 Arkansas, and #47 West Virginia. Teams I ranked that might not be include #9 Air Force, #11 Kentucky, #18 Iowa, #22 Washington, and #26 Liberty.
