Overall Rationale: A very insane week in College Football saw upsets on upsets and home ranked teams fall flat on their face. Pac-12 added to the selection this week, seeing Oregon make their first appearance since the preseason. I am still following the method for teams that have not played with their expectations for this season, or a team shows they surpassed where they were supposed to be and could hang with teams of that level. Biggest justification to make is dropping Mississippi State from the ranking but keeping LSU in, where LSU showed what they can do against the bottom of the SEC while Mike Leach and company could not. Last week's game showed to be more of a lack of preparation and getting rust off the gears for the Tigers. I am still keeping an eye on the Bulldogs, but they do not look like a Top 25 at the moment. Look at previous weeks/years [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1f3ewKTcSgz4PTeJn_sxYhCSP0U-YKg2QEchUbJnk1cM/edit?usp=sharing)Other teams in consideration: Tennessee, TCU, Mississippi State, Appalachian State, Marshall, Utah
