Overall Rationale: Until the B1G and Pac-12 play games, they will not show up in my poll. A lot of things can happen in the coming month and I will err on the side of caution in putting any of those teams in my poll until then. I understand that teams like Ohio State, Wisconsin, Oregon, etc. are much better teams talent/coaching-wise than others in the poll currently. Also, with a limited number of games so far, paired with a limited number of teams, there will be quite a bit of volatility with my polls. Including the fact I am going to abstain from ranking teams with sub .500 records, even this early in the season.
