1 Clemson Tigers As long as they win out convincingly, they should be the favorite to win it all
2 Alabama Crimson Tide
3 Georgia Bulldogs
4 Florida Gators
5 Notre Dame Fighting Irish
6 Ohio State Buckeyes Potential top-5 team, but needs to play before I place them higher
7 Miami Hurricanes Offense is looking great, I think they might play Clemson pretty close next week. 
8 Penn State Nittany Lions
9 North Carolina Tar Heels Looked meh last week, but still no reason to drop them out of the top-10 yet.
10 Oklahoma State Cowboys They are now the favorite to win the conference, offense and defense looked great this weekend. They control their own fate to the championship now. 
11 Cincinnati Bearcats
12 Wisconsin Badgers
13 Oregon Ducks Oregon lost a lot of production is in a very tough position. With only 7 games they're going to have a very hard time making a case for the playoffs but I think they're the most capable of doing so from the PAC12.
14 Michigan Wolverines
15 BYU Cougars They look very solid, they just need to player tougher teams before I would rank them higher than 15. 
16 Tennessee Volunteers
17 Auburn Tigers I was very skeptical of this team and Saturday showed that they may not be the same team from last year, they are still solid, I just wouldn't expect them to be a contender. 
18 SMU Mustangs Looked great this weekend and may be able to challenge Cincinnati for the championship. 
19 LSU Tigers Looked much better from last weekend, I still think they have a lot of issues and will not be a contender in the SEC this year. 
20 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns This team is just so special, even if they're close games, bad teams cannot win all of those like they have. I fully expect them to win the conference and potentially find an NY6 bid. 
21 Virginia Tech Hokies So far, so good. They have a very high ceiling but it is a tough path for them. 
22 UCF Knights Big hiccup this weekend, still a very good team, will really have to work to make it to the championship game. 
23 Iowa State Cyclones I have no idea what this team is 3 games in. With that being said, they are tied for first and could potentially make a run for a championship spot. There are some very important games coming up for this team. If Purdy fixes his issues this offense could become very tough to stop. 
24 Minnesota Golden Gophers
25 TCU Horned Frogs Was torn between giving this spot to TCU or Kansas State. I decided to add TCU because I believe they could have won last week against ISU and Arkansas State's record is really hurting K-State.
