1 Clemson Tigers Had a bad night, but still beat a decent UVA team by 10+ points. No reason to lose their top spot. 
2 Alabama Crimson Tide Tide rolled on. Mac Jones is pretty good, and he has a strong supporting cast. 
3 Florida Gators Trask and Pitts are nightmare matchup for defenses, and the offense is legitimate. Can definitely challenge Bama. 
4 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Team was clicking well before the COVID outbreak. Hamilton and Skowronek will be back against FSU, which should be an opportunity for the team to get the passing game going and the defense back in shape. 
5 Georgia Bulldogs Defense looks strong, but I am a bit concerned about the offense. Auburns' terrible offense meant that UGA didn't have to score much, but will they be able to keep up with UF or Bama?
6 Miami Hurricanes King is legitimate, but I want to see how they do against Clemson before sending them higher. 
7 Oklahoma State Cowboys Played a complete game today (against Kansas), but it looks like the Big 12 will run through Stillwater. 
8 Cincinnati Bearcats They continue to win games, and it looks like they will contend for the NY6
9 North Carolina Tar Heels Only above BYU because I think they're more talented, but I think with the right coaching they can compete with ND and Clemson and Miami for the ACC
10 BYU Cougars Cougs continue to dominate every opponent. I am concerned about the lack of a strong schedule. Missing Army really hurt them. 
11 Texas A&M Aggies Mond and the offense played a lot better than I thought, and I think they will cause a bit of chaos in the SEC west. 
12 Iowa State Cyclones Probably too high right now, but because of a lack of other good P5 teams, they'll make a jump to 12. Great win against OU, and I think they will contend for the Big 12. Let's see if that 3-5-5 defense can hold other teams to less than 20. 
13 Tennessee Volunteers Vols continue the positive momentum from last year, and I think they'll give one of Bama, UF, or UGA a scare/upset. 
14 SMU Mustangs Only 4-0 team in FBS, but they need some better wins to move into the top 10. 
15 Texas Longhorns TEXAS IS NOT BACK. Longhorns need to clean up the penalties and defense in order to be competitive. 
16 Army West Point Love America. But they need to play some better teams to go higher. 
17 UCF Knights Very talented team, but it looks like the AAC will be competitive this year
18 LSU Tigers Good win against Vandy, but I doubt they will hold up against better SEC west teams
19 Kansas State Wildcats Chris Kleiman is building another championship team, and OSU and ISU should beware them, 
20 Auburn Tigers Welp. It looks like even year Auburn is here. Offense was embarrassing. Too talented to look this bad. 
21 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Good transitive win over OU, but let's see how they go for the rest of the month. 
22 UAB Blazers Dragon boys go hissssssss. Solid G5 team playing good G5 ball. 
23 Mississippi State Bulldogs Did Arkansas get Jimmy Lake's number on speed dial? Impressive defense by the Bulldogs, but the real test next week will be if MSST got exposed for good. 
24 Tulsa Golden Hurricane Very underrated team that could win the AAC. 
25 TCU Horned Frogs I don't think they are truly good, per se, but I am giving them credit for beating Texas.
