Overall Rationale: Big dumb oaf trying to rank teams.

1 Clemson Tigers Champ stays the champ until some team can beat them.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes Big boy football team. Had a tough schedule to run through, but they did it.
3 LSU Tigers Another bunch of bad mammerjammers. Still has to deal with Georgia before they can put a candle on this cake.
4 Georgia Bulldogs One stupid loss away from being undefeated. They have a chance to upset the nation by beating LSU next week and possibly squirming their way into the playoffs.
5 Utah Utes A really stinking good team that should be in the playoffs unless Oregon pulls the upset this week.
6 Oklahoma Sooners If things fall right, and if they can beat Baylor again (always very tough), Oklahoma could make the playoffs. 
7 Florida Gators They probably have the best two losses, one of my favorite phrases in college football.
8 Baylor Bears Wouldn't a playoff with Baylor be fun?!? If they can stomp the Sooners this weekend, it's a possibility! Right?
9 Alabama Crimson Tide Wonder if Saban will ever hire a kicking coach?
10 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State is the second-best team in the Big 10 and they haven't suffered any bad losses. I'd send them to the Rose Bowl if it were my call.
11 Wisconsin Badgers Can they pull off an upset of Ohio State this weekend? A Rose Bowl berth could be the reward for being the Big 10 Champs!
12 Auburn Tigers Fuck Auburn.
13 Oregon Ducks Oh, but for the loss to Arizona State, what could have been. Still, this team is talented enough to win the conference championship this weekend.
14 Michigan Wolverines So who is excited to watch the annual Michigan-Florida Citrus Bowl this year? Not me!!!
15 Minnesota Golden Gophers I'm probably not being fair to the Golden Gophers here, but I think Minnesota's been punching above their weight this season.
16 Notre Dame Fighting Irish How can Notre Dame be 10-2 and not be smashed in our face 24/7? It's weird...
17 Memphis Tigers The Tigers are pretty stout this year. I'd love to see which bowl Memphis gets to play in this year.
18 Boise State Broncos Another 10+ win season from the Broncos. Yawn.  
19 Iowa Hawkeyes Iowa has been a damn solid team that is a tough out without being spectacular.
20 Cincinnati Bearcats Beating Memphis would have been huge. So they get pt at the bottom of this string of non-P5 rankings.
21 Navy Midshipmen Love the AAC this year and Navy has been as good as anyone.
22 Virginia Cavaliers We need another ACC team, right?
23 SMU Mustangs Another bad ass AAC team that would upset a lot of Power Five teams.
24 Appalachian State Mountaineers One heck of a season for the Mountaineers.  These guys should be really proud!
25 Air Force Falcons A 10-win season deserves some love! Plus it's cool to have two service academies ranked!
