Overall Rationale: Resume Poll, 1st week where my Top 4 will probably agree with the consensus which is a good sign.

5 Minnesota Golden Gophers Minny finally falls to Iowa. Was gonna have them 6th but it felt wrong to have them one spot behind a team they beat.Last Week: 3
6 Penn State Nittany Lions Still a great resume here for Penn St. Could jump right into my Top 4 if they can take down Ohio State this week.Last Week: 6
7 Oklahoma Sooners OU gets a big win over Baylor. Needed a Top tier win like that with Texas losing.Last Week: 8
8 Alabama Crimson Tide Bama moves up as teams in front of them fall.Last week: 12
9 Baylor Bears Baylor finally takes a loss to OU. Only a 3 point loss. Some solid depth and win over OkSt.Last Week: 4
10 Oregon Ducks Oregon and Utah still don't have a Top 25 win between them. They really need each other to win out till the P12 Title game.Last Week: 11

25 Virginia Tech Hokies VT gets the final spot here as they hold a win over Wake Forest and maybe just a touch of homerism. Who would've thought VT would be ranked after that Duke disaster. I watched that entire game from Lane. This team now is so different.Last Week: NR#21 Texas, #22 Navy, #24 Louisiana Tech drop out of the poll.
