Overall Rationale: bye week mania at the top. Ive been called out a week or so back about LSU being lower and assume because of my fan affiliation I was sandbagging them. I (try to) keep teams in brackets by wins with major wins meaning the most, mid-majors the next, FCS last. Of course there are exceptions like a win over NDSU or a tightly contested loss etc.
