Overall Rationale: Others considered: Kansas State, NDSU, Navy, La Tech,Three teams here lost last week, App State, SMU, and Florida, none of which I feel deserve to be dropped yet. And so many others were on byes. Doesn't leave a lot of room for movement. :/
