Overall Rationale: Top four still the same, mostly because they were all on bye (or close enough). I have Indiana 25 because I'm all aboard the #9wIndiana train. Also, they're 7-2, that's probably worth a spot around 25 anyway. Next four: Texas, Iowa State, Wisconsin, Oklahoma State. No Nice Team Of the Week this week as I'm in a time crunch and cold only get about a top 40 done for this ballot.
