Overall Rationale: SP+ but modified so that 0 loss teams are ranked, then 1 loss teams, then 2 loss teams etc. essentially creating “mini” SP+ rankings for teams with the same record. This method is meant to emphasize teams that have won every game that is put in front of them. I’ve also thrown in NDSU ahead of 2 loss fbs teams, until they lose.
