Overall Rationale: Start with Massey composite and adjust based on eye test and resume.Also, all undefeated teams will be ranked at this point in the season.And Washington is the same, how are they 19 in Massey composite!? The bottom of the top 25 is really a mess, I can make an argument for up to #40 to be ranked
