Overall Rationale: I don't like how the bowl games turned out for a number of teams. Iowa got fucked, Georgia didn't react at all, Boise State jumped waaay up. HOW THE BALLOT WORKS: I pick teams I think deserve to be ranked and then pull MoV, Yds/game for and against, turnover margin, and ranked wins to give each team a score from a formula. I don't adjust teams after scores are given.
