Overall Rationale: My ranking is a backward-looking, achievement-based system. **This is not a predictive ranking**, it is solely descriptive of teams' accomplishments during the current season. It is all computerized, and there is no head-to-head component.It takes into account only what teams have done this year, and it starts with the assumption that all teams are equal, then iteratively informs itself to how good teams actually are based on game results.
