1 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Fresh off a complete domination of #13 Syracuse, Irish now have wins over 4 ranked teams (Michigan, Syracuse, NW, Pitt)
2 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama remains undefeated. They have a very good win over LSU and a nice win over Mississippi State. 
3 Clemson Tigers Clemson remains undefeated going not their final game. Lacking in real quality wins. Best win is probable over Syracuse. Also have wins over Boston College and Duke. 
4 Georgia Bulldogs Only loss is to LSU. Have nice wins over Florida and Kentucky. 
5 Michigan Wolverines Only loss is to Notre Dame. Have wins over Penn State and Northwestern.
6 Washington State Cougars Their loss to USC is rough, but that's Washington State's only loss and they have a nice win over Utah. Huge matchup with Washington coming up this week.
7 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State hung on to beat Maryland this week. They have one loss to Purdue and have a nice win over Penn State. I don't think this team is all that good, though. They're especially weak on defense. They have a big chance to move up with a game against Michigan this week, though. 
8 Oklahoma Sooners Oklahoma has only 1 loss, but lacks real quality wins. They have defeated Iowa State and Oklahoma state, as well as army. 
9 LSU Tigers LSU has 2 losses, including getting shut out by Alabama. They have a very impressive win over Georgia, though. They also have a nice win over Mississippi State.
10 UCF Knights UCF remains undefeated. Gave a whooping to Cincinnati, but that's probably their best win. Just not a lot of competition. 
11 West Virginia Mountaineers West Virginia lost to Oklahoma State this weekend, but they still are 8-2 and have a nice win over Texas.
12 Texas Longhorns Texas picked up a good win over Iowa State this weekend. They also have a very good win over Oklahoma, making them my top 3 loss team.
13 Florida Gators Florida has 3 losses, but has a couple nice wins over LSU and Mississippi State.
14 Kentucky Wildcats This is probably high for the Wildcats, but teams below them really just lack the resumes to jump them. They have 3 losses, but have a couple nice wins over Florida and Mississippi State. 
15 Washington Huskies Washington has 3 losses, but has a nice win over Utah.
16 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State has 3 losses. Their best win is probably Wisconsin. 
17 Utah Utes Utah will be playing in the Pac12 championship game, but they lack real quality wins. 
18 Syracuse Orange Syracuse took a beating from Notre Dame this weekend. They have 3 losses and their best win is over North Carolina State. 
19 Northwestern Wildcats Northwestern won the Big Ten West. They have wins over Wisconsin and Iowa. 
20 Iowa State Cyclones Iowa State has 4 losses but has a good win over West Virginia and has a solid win over Oklahoma State. 
21 Utah State Aggies Utah State's only loss was to Michigan State to start the year. Since then, they've won 10 in a row. Big game with Boise state next week. 
22 Mississippi State Bulldogs Mississippi State has 4 losses. Their best win is over Texas A&M. 
23 Pittsburgh Panthers
24 Boise State Broncos
25 NC State Wolfpack NC State only has 3 losses, but they haven't really beaten anyone.
