Overall Rationale: All P5 teams with a win percentage of 0.70 (lowered from 0.75 to obtain 25+ teams) or better and G5/Independent
teams with a win percentage of 0.80 or better are
considered eligible for ranking. P5 teams with a win percentage of 0.66
or better who defeated an already eligible team are also considered
eligible. This process is not repeated. Points are awarded as follows: +1 for

defeating an eligible team, -1 for losing to an eligible team, -2 for
losing to a non-eligible team, -1 for playing fewer than 4 P5 teams over
the entire season. Teams are grouped according to point totals and
