Overall Rationale: I told myself I wouldn't rank Mississippi State, but here we are... too many SEC teams. Had an error that almost put App State at 7, that would have got some funny looks. HOW THE BALLOT WORKS: I pick teams I think deserve to be ranked and then pull MoV, Yds/game for and against, turnover margin, and ranked wins to give each team a score from a formula. I don't adjust teams after scores are given.
