Overall Rationale: Washington State is struggling with the cannibalism of the PAC. 1 ranked win would put them right behind Notre Dame, 2 would rank them 5th.  HOW THE BALLOT WORKS: I pick teams I think deserve to be ranked and then pull MoV, Yds/game for and against, turnover margin, and ranked wins to give each team a score from a formula. I don't adjust teams after scores are given.
