Overall Rationale: As much as I love chaos and college football, it has made ranking outside the top 10 increasingly difficult. I'm pulling my hair out over here trying to decide which teams actually deserve to be ranked at all (though creating this poll while watching my cowboys shit the bed for the nth time is not helping my stress levels). So basically my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined, let's do this. The 5 teams that just missed my ranking: Boston College, Penn State, Oregon, Washington, and Buffalo. Biggest changes to my poll (5 spots): Florida (UR), Utah (UR), Penn State (UR), Texas (+6), Iowa (UR), Iowa State (+6), Georgia Southern (UR), Houston (UR), Texas Tech (NEW), NC State (NEW), Purdue (NEW), Fresno (NEW), Cincinnati (NEW), UAB (NEW)
