Overall Rationale: Through all my years doing this, this might be one of the harder weeks I have ever had to rank. I felt pretty confident in my 1-8 picks and UCF is kind of my line for where my unsure teams begin. Also I was going through around 20-30 teams that could belong in the bottom half of these rankings, so if I didn't rank your team, just know that I believe you have as much of a right as the teams that did end up ranked. Usually I do my next 5 out, but I'll just do all the ones I was considering: Virginia, Texas A&M, Purdue, Fresno State, Buffalo, UAB, Texas Tech, Stanford, USF, NCState, Boston College, Boise State, Cincinnati, Wisconsin, Oregon, Washington, Boise State, and Oklahoma State.
