Overall Rationale: This is the ugliest ballot I have ever submitted. After this weekend, #11-#25 was damn near impossible to decide on. Ignore the fact that several teams moved up despite a loss or an extremely unimpressive win against a team they shouldn't blown out... it was a result of the carnage from all the top 25 teams getting upset this weekend.
