Overall Rationale: Quite a lot of byes this week, and yet there were still enough upsets to cause a lot of movement.

1 Alabama Crimson Tide Will we even bother to have a playoff this year, or just crown Saban the eternal champion and play for second place?

3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Bye
4 Michigan Wolverines The collective orgasm from Ann Arbor was reportedly heard from over 1000 miles away.
5 LSU Tigers To hell with the transitive property. These guys simply look better than the rest of the SEC also-rans.
6 UCF Knights I hate to be that guy who slowly trickles them behind one-loss teams, but they have consistently looked not amazing against sub-par opponents. 
7 Kentucky Wildcats They haven't really looked all that much like a top-10 team, but they have greatly benefitted from chaos ahead of them the past couple weeks.
8 Florida Gators Bye
9 Georgia Bulldogs Bye
10 West Virginia Mountaineers Bye
11 Ohio State Buckeyes
12 Iowa Hawkeyes Did I say to hell with the transitive property? What I meant to say was, Iowa > Maryland > Texas
13 Texas Longhorns I never promised my polls would be impartial. But I also think Texas has looked very bad in some games where they squeaked out a win, and are due to drop one or two more before the season's end.
14 Washington State Cougars I had them at 26 last week, which was probably too low. Heck, this might even be too low.
15 Utah State Aggies These guys are criminally underrated right now. They are a few flukey plays away from beating Michigan State and have been absolutely dominating the rest of their competition. It annoys me that App State has been getting so much love and they have been ignored.
16 Appalachian State Mountaineers Not that I don't think App State deserves to be ranked, mind you...
17 Oklahoma Sooners Do they finally have a defense now? If so I think they come back and win the conference.
18 Texas Tech Red Raiders Surprisingly control their own destiny to the conference championship game right now, and they get both Oklahoma and Texas at home. Don't count out the Flying Tortillas.
19 Oregon Ducks Oh look, another transitive win chain! This time each team has another bonus loss as well. Is the Pac-12 on its way to a circle of suck? Stay tuned to find out!

22 NC State Wolfpack Well that didn't go very well
23 Texas A&M Aggies Bye
24 USF Bulls They continue to look really, *really* bad and yet continue to win. If they were Notre Dame they'd be top 10 I'm sure.
25 Fresno State Bulldogs Another one-loss team that is undeservedly getting absolutely no hype right now. Sure they lost to Minnesota, but they have absolutely *crushed* everyone else.
