Overall Rationale: Dropped: Duke, Colorado, and Mississippi State; Replaced with: Virginia, Syracuse, and Boston College. Rebuttals against AP Poll members: Oregon/Stanford (the Stanford loss looks worse, and I need more time to justify who is better. If Utah is that good, then it should make sense why both aren't ranked).  Appalachian State (Very strong team but no room to rank). Primarily based on results of previous weeks with rigor considered, talent and coaching experience, future schedule, projections of playoffs and conference champions, and standing of the previous polls. This includes teams under a first-year head coach as well as with no limit on G5 teams. This list is solely based on merit and no specific outline.
