Overall Rationale: Aw chaos, you never get old, but you do make ranking teams hard. This is a love/hate relationship. Congrats to the Spoilermakers! and to Washington St on your big wins (obviously Purdue's is a bit bigger than WSU). The 5 teams that just missed my rankings are Houston, Penn State, Georgia Southern, Buffalo, and USF. The biggest changes to my rankings (5 spots): Ohio State (-13), NC State (UR), Washington St (+10), Penn State (UR), Purdue (NEW), and Utah (NEW)
