Overall Rationale: A pure resume poll where teams aren't punished to losing to a team above them just because the schedule falls a certain way. Yields some interesting results and surprisingly teams fit very neatly in order with no 3 way Mexican standoff ties.  Yes A&M is too high, but they're boosted by the wealth of 1 losses that all fit neatly behind them while not being punished by having to face #1 and #4.

14 NC State Wolfpack 5-0, beat no one. 
15 Oregon Ducks Of the teams with 1 loss to currently unranked teams, this loss is the least ugly
16 Texas Longhorns of the teams with 1 loss to currently unranked teams, this loss is slightly uglier than Oregon.

18 West Virginia Mountaineers of the 1 loss teams with a loss to an unranked this loss is slightly uglier than Texas's and Oregon's
19 USC Trojans of the teams with 2 losses, 1 to an unranked and one to a ranked team above them, usc is the best due to 2 ranked wins which have 1 loss. they fit neatly behind usc below.
