Overall Rationale: Huh. Really not high on Texas(30), apparently. I decreased the value of MoV's over 7ppg for this one. HOW THE BALLOT WORKS: I pick teams I think deserve to be ranked and then pull MoV, Yds/game for and against, turnover margin, and ranked wins to give each team a score from a formula. I don't adjust teams after scores are given. I don't care if you had a great recruiting class. I don't care if you were #1 last week. I don't care what your final record is if you are sub .500 now.
