Overall Rationale: I mentioned last week how it seems like these rankings are becoming harder to do and unfortunately (or fortunately) the chaos from this weekend only made the water muddier. So here is my attempt at organizing the not top 10 teams. The teams that just missed my rankings are Houston, Miss State, Colorado, USF, and Cincinnati. The biggest changes to my rankings (5 spots): Georgia (-8), Penn State (-19), West Virginia (-10), Michigan (+7), App State (-12) (rare case where the G5 team is paying for how their P5 loss is currently playing), Florida (+6), LSU (+6), Miss State (UR), Auburn (UR), NC State (+5), Cincinnati (UR), Colorado (UR), Oregon (+11), Iowa (NEW), Texas Tech (NEW), Michigan State (NEW), Utah State (NEW)
