Overall Rationale: This is my first year using a computer poll, which I have set up to evaluate every team's ENTIRE resume from scratch each week. Questions, comments, concerns, suggestions, and obscenities are all welcome.   Conference championship and CFP games are given extra weighting.   For this season, margin of victory, common opponents, and head-to-head match-ups are NOT explicitly factored in, but probably will be in the future.
