Overall Rationale: I built a computer rating system that takes mostly simple statistics
that do include strength of schedule and margin of victory to create
what I think is a pretty good general ranking. To avoid weird early
season rankings, I added a "bias" score. This score starts with the AP
preseason poll and uses it entirely in the first week, and less and less
so as the season goes on. The system at this point in the season no
longer uses the bias, but may still effect teams indirectly. Usually I adjust to avoid anything too ridiculous that comes out of the system, but this time I was actually happy with the result, so this time it is a pure computer poll instead of  a hybrid.
