are considered eligible for ranking. Additionally, any 4-loss or better
P5 team who has defeated an already eligible team is considered
eligible. This process is **not** repeated. Points are awarded as
follows: +1 for defeating an eligible team, -1 for losing to an eligible
team, -2 for losing to a non-eligible team, -1 for playing fewer than 4
P5 teams. Teams are grouped according to point totals and randomized
