Overall Rationale: ranked all conference champs. I don't punish teams too much for losing their CCGs

2	Oklahoma Sooners	Second best
3	Georgia Bulldogs	Third
4	UCF Knights	Fourth and undefeated. They deserve way more respect than the committee gives them
5	Ohio State Buckeyes	Ultimately I gotta value the wins over Wisconsin and MSU despite the bad loss to Iowa. 
6	Wisconsin Badgers	Really respectable season and yet so disappointing at the same time
7	USC Trojans	Solid season and will probably win a close game in the Fiesta or Cotton or whichever
8	Alabama Crimson Tide	Still lost to the only good team they played.
9	Auburn Tigers	But that team also does have three losses 
10	Miami Hurricanes	Talk about collapsing on the biggest stage of the season
11	Memphis Tigers	Actually considered moving them up after that game, but kept them where they were. Respect.
12	Penn State Nittany Lions	Had they beaten Sparty they'd have an argument for the CFP. Not a great one, but one nonetheless.
13	Northwestern Wildcats	Woah 13? Just they've kinda been rising as others fall lately.
14	Washington Huskies	Solid season.
15	Stanford Cardinal	Four losses is ugly, but they're still a good team.
16	TCU Horned Frogs	Just couldn't compete with the one team on their schedule they needed to compete with.
17	Notre Dame Fighting Irish	Meh.
18	LSU Tigers	Meh.
19	Michigan State Spartans	Meh.
20	FAU Owls	FAU is going to finish with eleven wins and ranked. Wow.
21	Washington State Cougars	Wins against USC and Stanford keep them in.
22	Virginia Tech Hokies	In over OK State almost in a coin flip because they're pretty equal in my  mind.
23	Boise State Broncos	MWC Champs
24	Toledo Rockets	MAC Champs
25	Troy Trojans	Sunbelt Champs, technically split with App State but two more wins including a ranked win.
