1 Clemson Tigers Clemson deserves the nod for a 1st seed after decimating Miami in the Championship game as well as nearly every other game this season (those being Syracuse and North Carolina State). 
2 Oklahoma Sooners Another team that has done very well this season but has not had a lot of blowout games is Oklahoma. However, they are 12-1 in a tough P5 conference and have picked up momentum late in the season.
3 Georgia Bulldogs With Georgia's only loss being a blowout to the team that they just blew out in the SEC Championship, there is no doubt that they deserve to be in the running.
4 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama unfortunately still makes the Final Four due to only having one loss, a 10 pointer to Auburn. That being said, they are not the elite team this season. There are no true elite teams apart from the Top 2.
5 Ohio State Buckeyes Barely beating a team on a big stage due to a missed penalty. Big shocker there. Controversial plays and calls will always get this team in, but they definitely aren't Playoff bound.
6 Wisconsin Badgers Wisconsin failed to prove themselves as a good team. No team shall remain undefeated this year apart from UCF and Wisconsin have once against shown that the West division is the weaker one.
7 Auburn Tigers Not sure what happened here, but at least they beat Alabama! I guess Georgiaball was angry.
8 UCF Knights With this big win, there is no doubt that UCF deserves this spot. They are now the only undefeated team in FBS this season and they should put up a good fight against whoever they play. Maybe Wisconsin or Auburn?
9 USC Trojans USC deserves the Top 10 nod because they have won the PAC-12 Championship and are 11-2.
10 Miami Hurricanes With the Notre Dame blowout being a fluke, or Notre Dame actually just sucking, Miami is luckily out of the Playoffs as they may have been the first team to get blown/shut out! Oh wait, that would be OSU last season. No wait, that would be MSU the season before.
11 Penn State Nittany Lions
12 Washington Huskies
13 Notre Dame Fighting Irish
14 TCU Horned Frogs This team gets to retain its position despite having more problems against Oklahoma than they did only a couple of weeks ago. But they are still stronger in the quality win/loss department than teams ranked below them.
15 Northwestern Wildcats
16 Michigan State Spartans
17 Memphis Tigers After putting up a good fight in 2OT against a Top 10 team, they will also stay put. This team managed to tie UCF, they just couldn't get the overall win.
18 Washington State Cougars
19 Stanford Cardinal Stanford will also stay put. It was a close game against USC and they have proven that they have improved throughout the season.
20 Oklahoma State Cowboys
21 LSU Tigers
22 Virginia Tech Hokies
23 Toledo Rockets Toledo gains 1 spot after their win against Akron, although it wasn't a great win. Akron isn't exactly good and Toledo allowed them to score 21 points in the 4th quarter. But they still get a top 25 nod as the MAC Champions and are still 11-2.
24 USF Bulls
25 Michigan Wolverines Holiday Bowl here we come?
