CarbonCamaroZL1 Ballot for 2017 Week 13

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Nov. 21, 2017, 1:45 a.m.

Overall Rationale: Out: Arizona and West Virginia. NEW: LSU and Boise State. FUCK OHIO.

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide 0 spots (previously 1). Stays put, obviously. Even though it was only MERCER in Week 12... Basically a bye week for them so that they can prepare for the Iron Bowl. Go Auburn!
Miami Hurricanes 0 spots (previously 2). Poorly handled a decent Virginia team. Near upset that would have left only 2 undefeated teams. Plus after Notre Dame nearly fell this week to Navy, maybe this Miami team isn't actually as good as we thought?
Wisconsin Badgers 0 spots (previously 3). Definitely proved that they deserve a Playoff spot over Clemson and Oklahoma. Still undefeated and continuing to beat everyone by multiple scores (except Purdue).
Oklahoma Sooners 0 spots (previously 4). Manhandled Kansas. And Baker manhandled himself on camera.
Auburn Tigers 0 spots (previously 5). Giving up 14 points to UL-Monroe was a bit weird, but considering they play Bama next week, they will either move up into Playoff contention or back. Guess we will see soon.
Clemson Tigers 0 spots (previously 6). Demolished the Citadel. Not much to say about this one. I've never even heard of them.
Georgia Bulldogs 0 spots (previously 7). This team still has a shot at the Playoffs. Especially if Auburn beats Bama. They could still turn this around and redeem themselves. As for this week, they did what they needed to do and got through Kentucky the way they should have.
Ohio State Buckeyes 0 spots (previously 8). FUCK OHIO. I'm not saying a damn good thing about this team this week. It's Hate Week. Time to upset these guys from playing for a Playoff spot. FUCK OHIO.
Notre Dame Fighting Irish 0 spots (previously 9). Not a very convincing win over Navy. Making Miami look worse and worse, which is something remarkable considering they already tried that this weekend against Virginia.
Penn State Nittany Lions 0 spots (previously 10). Well, you definitely aren't supposed to only beat Nebraska by 12 points. Especially 44 points. The game looks closer than it ever was, but...
UCF Knights 0 spots (previously 11). Keeps on killing it. But now for the real test. The War on I4.
USC Trojans 0 spots (previously 12). Barely got by UCLA, but did get them to fire their coach! That's a win in itself.
TCU Horned Frogs 0 spots (previously 13). Put up a good offense and defense against an up and down Texas Tech.
Washington State Cougars +2 spots (previously 16). Moves up in bye week. Onto the Apple Cup to kick some Husky ass.
Washington Huskies +2 spots (previously 17). Not a great win against Utah, but a win is a win. Going into the Apple Cup in a very important game.
Michigan State Spartans +2 spots (previously 18). Bad weather strikes again for East Lansing's advantage. Regardless, MSU looks nothing like the team they were before the OSU blowout.
Memphis Tigers +2 spots (previously 19). Didn't watch this game, but the score looked okay. A win is a win.
Northwestern Wildcats +4 spots (previously 22). Northwestern absolutely dominated Minnesota and shut them out. Definitely looking like a strong team. Too bad it's a little late.
Stanford Cardinal +4 spots (previously 23). Barely beat a rival. Usually happens.
Oklahoma State Cowboys -6 spots (previously 14). Lost to a not-so-great Kansas State. Moving back.
LSU Tigers NEW (previously UNRANKED). It may have been only Tennessee, but I guess it's time to put these guys back on. They are 8-3 and handled them okay.
Michigan Wolverines -7 spots (previously 15). I wanted to believe, but couldn't. Wisconsin is good, yes, but Michigan is bad without Peters. Even with Peters, we still aren't great. I would have put them at 20 over Oklahoma State considering we lost to a top 3 team whereas Oklahoma State lost to a 6 win team, but due to the fact that we have probably lost Peters for the Ohio State game, we will most likely be out after this week. But regardless, FUCK OHIO. HATE WEEK IS UPSET WEEK.
Mississippi State Bulldogs +1 spot (previously 24). Didn't look great against Arkansas. Especially after coming so close to beating Bama the previous week. But they came back and won it in the end.
Virginia Tech Hokies +1 spot (previously 25). Another team that barely beat a 4 win team, but still got away with it.
Boise State Broncos NEW (previously UNRANKED). They beat Air Force better than Michigan did, so whatever I guess. Not so sure USF should be in and the Top 25 is a mess anyways. USF will be added next week if they can beat UCF.
