Overall Rationale: Chaos comes to play again and continues to make a mess of things. The teams that just missed my rankings are Arizona, Virginia Tech, Boise State, Iowa, West Virginia, Iowa State, South Carolina, Troy, Kentucky, and Army. Biggest changes to my rankings (5 spots): Miami (+6), Georgia (-7), Notre Dame (-8), Washington (-12), Wisconsin (+5), Virginia Tech (UR), Auburn (+7), Iowa (UR), Ohio State (+7), West Virginia (UR), Iowa State (UR), Toledo (UR), Stanford (NEW), Michigan (NEW), Northwestern (NEW), Ohio (NEW)

1 Miami Hurricanes This could end up being a curse since I made Georgia #1 last week for the first time and that didn't end well. You SHELLACKED my formally #3 team, Notre Dame. This, plus being undefeated, leads me to making you my new top team. Probably won't be challenged again until the championship game.
2 Oklahoma Sooners Baker continues to make me eat my words with another Heisman performance vs a top TCU defense. For this I forced myself to move the Sooners to my number 2 spot. It will be interesting to see who between TCU or OSU gets to face the Sooners again.
3 Alabama Crimson Tide I've now dropped the Tide two spots. The overall resume just isn't as strong as the two teams above you and the last two games weren't blow outs like I've come to expect from you. Auburn will be a true test for both teams and Saban needs to start getting things figured out because the Tigers were SCARY vs Georgia.
4 Wisconsin Badgers Still undefeated and a decisive win over a Iowa team that was riding high after demolishing Ohio State. Repeat the performance again vs a sometimes tough Michigan squad.
5 Clemson Tigers Had a slight scare vs FSU. It will be interesting which squads from Clemson and South Carolina show up in that match in two weeks.
6 Auburn Tigers Wow! Just like Miami, you DESTROYED the team I had ranked higher. My former #1 team was way overmatched by the Tigers. How did you lose to LSU? That Alabama game should be fun!
7 UCF Knights Continuing to look like the favorite for a NY6 bowl. Don't trip the next couple weeks
8 Georgia Bulldogs Completely demolished. 
9 TCU Horned Frogs Tough fight, but ultimately OU was obviously better. Start studying if you want to be able to win if you get a rematch in a few weeks.
10 Oklahoma State Cowboys Close and somewhat controversial win over a tough ISU team. Should be able to win out, but you got to hope TCU drops a game if you want another shot at the Sooners.
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Completely demolished
12 USC Trojans Quietly worked your way back up in my rankings
13 Ohio State Buckeyes So the Buckeyes are back to doing their thing. Which team will show up against Michigan?
14 Washington State Cougars Also quietly moving your way back up my rankings thanks to other teams dropping out
15 Mississippi State Bulldogs All three of your losses are to top 10 teams. Totally possible for you to handle the next two games and go into bowl season at 9-3
16 Michigan State Spartans Not great. You only didn't move due to teams around you doing worse and teams below you have lost to you.
17 Penn State Nittany Lions Easy win and should be easy going forward
18 Stanford Cardinal Very impressive. Thought Stanford was dead and out of my rankings. Shouldn't have doubted you. That Notre Dame game looks very interesting if the good Cardinal team shows up.
19 Michigan Wolverines Quietly got back into my rankings and Ohio State should be a fun rivalry game
20 Washington Huskies Surprising loss to Stanford and the rest of your resume just isn't that strong. Apple Cup should be good though
21 Northwestern Wildcats Wow Northwestern, nice to see you make your way up here. Kind of out of no where, good job
22 Memphis Tigers Sorry you dropped a few spots on your bye, but still a solid top 25 level team. Good luck vs a tough SMU team
23 LSU Tigers Easy win vs Arky. Hopefully my Ags can give the Tigers a tough game
24 NC State Wolfpack There were a lot of teams below you that I thought about putting here, but you won out this week.
25 Ohio Bobcats You take the final spot for beating the team I originally had here. Also I don't think I've ever ranked the Bobcats. Welcome!
