Overall Rationale: This is meant to be a predictive computer poll and it has worked pretty well this year: 74.9% straight up, 55% ATS, 12.86 absolute error. Maybe someday I can figure out how to make it spit out something a bit less controversial. I may try to tweak the formula a bit in the offseason. For now, check my previous polls for some explanation of the method and why teams like ISU, Bama, Texas, Wake, BC, etc. might be in weird spots. I promise I don't hate Washington or Wisconsin.
