Foxmcbowser42 Ballot for 2017 Week 11

Ballot Type: Hybrid

Submitted: Nov. 7, 2017, 8:50 a.m.

Overall Rationale: Will move +/- 5 based on eye test and other CFP committee factors. Full spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DahkvOu69wZE2w2skKrP39CCgmlAImUlnNo0TYbSwUA/edit?usp=sharing

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide
Georgia Bulldogs
Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Miami Hurricanes
TCU Horned Frogs
Oklahoma Sooners
USC Trojans -4 - They could be one of the best teams, but they don't show it often. Would be -5 if I could move Clemson up one more.
UCF Knights
Clemson Tigers +5: That QB injury was what held them back against Cuse, will be more forgiving on their rank.
Auburn Tigers -1: Still not sure what to think of the SEC west outside of Bama...
Iowa State Cyclones -5: RIP Iowa State Hype train Oct 2017 - Oct 2017 (though that WVU loss isn't that bad all things considered.)
Ohio State Buckeyes -5: They looked bad... the talent is still there, but that was an unmitigated disaster of a game
Wisconsin Badgers
Washington State Cougars +5: Outside of one absolutely ridiculous game, this team has looked fantastic
West Virginia Mountaineers
Michigan State Spartans
Arizona Wildcats -5: Placing all your hope on one player is exciting, but not sustainable: see eg. Louisville
Iowa Hawkeyes
Mississippi State Bulldogs
LSU Tigers -5: See Auburn
Washington Huskies
Oklahoma State Cowboys
Penn State Nittany Lions
Toledo Rockets
Northwestern Wildcats +1: Other than one inexplicable loss to Duke, the Cats have been very solid.
