Overall Rationale: With my ballot, it's important to note that I rank the top 10 teams on two different settings: the "CFP teams", the group of teams that I believe have the strongest case to make the playoff if they win out (and along with that the seeds of those teams).  Spots 5 through ~10 are the "next in line" to make the playoff assuming one of the above teams lose.  That's why Notre Dame jumped from 10 to 4; I believe they've passed Oklahoma State in the rankings and until the committee proves otherwise, I will not rank two teams from the same conference in the top 4.This methodology has been consistent throughout the season, although at this time of year it starts getting weird, especially with Wisconsin and Miami being ranked 2 and 3, respectively.
